The Salai (Sewing & Skills) Training Center Project by Alflah Welfare Trust was initiated to empower women and youth by equipping them with practical sewing and vocational skills. The center offers training in stitching, tailoring, and basic garment production, along with essential skills needed for self-employment.
In communities where employment opportunities are limited, skill-based training plays a vital role in financial stability. This project enables participants to generate income from home or small businesses, helping them support their families with dignity.
Through this initiative, Alflah Welfare Trust promotes self-reliance, women empowerment, and sustainable economic development. The Salai Training Center stands as a step toward reducing poverty and creating long-term positive change within the community.
